Travel Award Grant

A limited number of travel awards are available for attendance at the 28th American Peptide Symposium. The Travel Award Committee’s mission is to administer financial support to offset a portion of housing expenses in order to provide a broad opportunity for young investigators to participate in a major scientific event, meet leaders and colleagues in the field, and present their research projects to the scientific community.

The deadline to submit a travel grant application was February 15, 2023. Notification of Award will be received by March 15, 2023. Upon notification, you will be provided with instructions on how to finalize accommodations for the meeting..

Covered Expenses

In most instances awards will be granted to cover lodging expenses at the conference hotels. If funds are available to cover all or a portion of registration to the meeting, these expenses will be reimbursed after the Symposium.

Eligibility

Awards will only be given to applicants who have submitted an abstract to present at the Symposium, oral or poster, and awards will be subject to approval by the Program Committee. Travel grants are restricted to young investigators, undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral researchers, within three years Ph.D. program completion. Individual supplements may vary. Applicants are encouraged to attend the entire meeting.
